Soho apparel navy and blue pencil skirt. Unlined but good weight - not a light fabric. Not see through. Not much stretch to the waist (4% spandex). Faux side pockets. Pull on skirt. No slits. Great condition! Easy for travel and can be dressed up or casual! Waist to hem and waist measurement photographed.
