Sparkly Riffle Skirt

Has a removable pull belt, 3in netted ruffle that sparkles with a scalloped top ruffled waist. Waist to bottom hem ov12 in long. 26in waist will stretch a little farther. Crocheted by me. New. colors are green and blue with silvery white accents.
