Washed once - in excellent condition - absolutely LOVELY piece from the Otavalo market in Ecuador. There are very subtle blue stripes with a gorgeous multicolored fringe. Amazing addition to a basic wardrobe to add a JOLT of color! The Otavalo Market is in the Plaza de Ponchos, or Plaza Centenario, in the town center. It's open every day of the week from early morning until late afternoon. On Wednesdays and Saturdays, it is bustling as vendors from all over the region come to set up shop.
