myposhdreams @pixiepopp Hi! The material is a little stretchy but not super stretchy. The shoulders have a tiny bit of padding but they’re not bulky shoulder pads. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

myposhdreams @pixiepopp Sleeves were hemmed on the inside so the seam doesn’t show on the outside and garment was made that way. I added a picture to kind of show. Let me know if you have any other questions and apologies for missing this initially.
