@markonish good morning. It is 100% cotton. As for the measurements, I am not quite sure. I wear a 42D bra and it is both tight. It fits perfectly. I don’t like shirts that don’t cover my lower belly because I am a little overweight. The length covers enough without being too long. You have enough to tuck in if needed. It has small side slits, too to give when walking if left out (which I did).
