Talbots navy blue sweater with a striped band to mimic a shirt underneath

A navy blue woven top with 3/4 sleeves and a v neck. Attached around the bottom is a grey, blue and white vertical striped band to give the illusion that you are wearing it over a shirt. It is in good used condition with no pulls or tears.
