coquettish_icon @jrb4ta hi, both are elastic. But the “main” garter measures approximately 9” across unstretched. The tossing garter is approximately 8.75” across unstretched. I believe I saw someone else had just the tossing garter listed and said they wore it on their 19.5” thigh with no issues.
