emilyyrose04 there was an issue with vinyls and cds showing up without the signed insert. when opened if the insert is not included what would be your resolution?

brentgodinez @emilyyrose04 sounds like someone is scamming someone. 1st time hearing of that issue. Sold 2 already with no issue.

emilyyrose04 @brentgodinez thank you for the quick reply. the issue came from taylor’s store directly. the barcodes got mixed up in the warehouse and some customers who ordered from her site were receiving items with missing inserts. definitely feel better knowing you have not had this issue in previous sales
