The vintage shop leopard cheetah silky top sexy bell sleeves

This was only worn once for 2 hours, literally like new, has bell like puffy sleeves that tighten at the end to give a poofy look . Size small but since my bust is big it could fit up to a medium, you can either wear it buttoned up or not
