Therapy Blue Ribbon Leggings w/ Mesh Vents Size Large

EUC leggings. These have decorative blue ribbon like design but also has blue mesh vents in the legs. I only wore these a few times. The tag on the back of the leggings is a bit washed off. Approximate measurements: 13 1/2" waist laying flat, 9" rise, 26" inseam
