Tory Burch Red Wallet

I'm assuming this is leather but there's nothing stating so. There's a clear rubber like tag on the inside with the number 10005808 on it which did nothing for me when I searched. Looks like right below it is "03-16". She does need cleaned and there's a white mark on the inside as shown in photo.
