Tory Sport Ponte Crop pants with front seams *some imperfections*

Black elastic waist pants with decorative leg seaming. Cropped length with very slight flare hem. Please see photos for area of puckering, some missing stitches in waistband in two areas, plus an area that has been repaired. Waistband elastic is a bit creased from storage.
