These are not a specific size, but I was a medium when I bought them and could wear them even as I transitioned into a large. If you are closer to an XL, these probably would be be too small. They have only been worn a few times. Fabric content is unknown as the sarongs that go to Hawaii do not have tags. They feel like lightweight cotton and rayon mix. They should be hand-washed and hung to dry. Medium Iron.
