It features a knife pleat ruffle around 3/4 of the hem, two front pockets, and one hidden back pocket. Per Tzu Tzu's website, the skorts run true to size and a size XL fits like a women's size 14 and is 18" long. Very good pre-owned condition with no holes or stains. The color is a beautiful turquoise, which I believe is called Sea Glass by the brand.
