cindyloo59 @shelbsterr132 Hi. Thank you for asking. No where on the box or underwear shows an exact size. The X Smalls seem to be a 2? Smalls may be a 4-6? I measured the mediums and they measure about 11 1/2 inches across. Unfortunately I am sold out of size Small so I can’t get a measurement from that size. Have a wonderful day!!!
