Unique Rare Vintage Unionbay Neon Roses Tiered Ruffle Side Button Skirt Size 5

This vintage Unionbay skirt is iconic. So unique. Size 5 juniors. 100% cotton with no stretch. Measures 13 inches across waist on flat lay. The top half of the skirt is white Jean material with three buttons on each side of the skirt. The bottom half of the skirt is cloth material, two ruffled tiers with neon multicolor roses. This skirt is in amazing condition! There are two very small spots on the back bottom tier that will be showed on last picture. There are no rips, tears, or major flaws. Comes from smoke free, pet friendly home.
