VTG 1970s Light Blue Satin Feel ILGWU Stamped Glam Long Sleeved Gown

Unknown size and material. No tags stating either, but the fabric feels like a polyester or acetate. Please refer to the above measurements in the pictures. The measurements seem to be approximately a modern womens medium. This is a drop-dead gorgeous classic full-length elegant International Ladies Garment Workers Stamped 1970s vintage gown! Long sleeved, pleated maxi skirt bottom. Clear gemstone and silver buttons. Icy light satin look blue. Button, snap, hook, and zip front closure. ***THERE IS AN ATTACHED BELT, BUT THE CLASP IS MISSING/BROKEN. PLEASE REFER TO THE PHOTOS. IT WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED(OR TO BE REMOVED IF DESIRED). IT IS THE ORIGINAL BELT TO THIS DRESS.*** There are a few light signs of usual use, one small tiny unoticable pinhole hole on the back center of the dress, one one small mark that didn't come out with oxyclean on the side of the skirt of the dress.
