VTG Bonnell Black and White Lace Prom/Party Dress Size 3/4 USA

Gorgeous prom dress by Bonnell made in the USA. Black net lace over white lining. Shirred waist. Spaghetti straps. Back zipper. Stiff net underskirt. It has a loop on the front left waistband. I am not sure what this is, but the stitches can be taken out and it can be removed. The straps have been altered. The total length is 14 inches on each side. Size: Jr. 3/4 Excellent condition.
