VTG Naeem Khan 6 halter dress 2000 tuxedo dress collared full skirt black white

This designer dress from Indian designer Naeem Khan is a forever dress for all special occasions! Easter, weddings and dancing! In mint condition (no tags but the plastic tag thing is still there) this dress has details galore. My favorite detail is the sweet v at base of the low back, back of the waist which I tried to show in the pictures! Deep v front and low back. The waist has cummerbund style pleats as well as pleats from the halter neck to the hem. There’s a big flared collar which looks fantastic with every face shape.
