VTG Whispy Fairy Skirt Set

It’s the cutest whispy detail on the bottom of the skirt and the top, so when worn together it looks like waves on the body. It’s super cute. The colors are also very unique and work so well for every season. I wore with chocolate brown 90’s boots and it looked very Y2K. Definitely one of the best sets I’ve ever seen. Measurements are: 13 inch waist (not stretched), 19 inch pit to pit and 37 inch long skirt. Great condition, no defects.
