Velvet burnout, cape, or duster with tassel fringe trim

This is a beautiful wine colored velvet burnout. It has a floral border print design. The bottom is trimmed in a silk crochet look tassel. Those tassels make it lovely hanging because they’re a little bit heavy in excellent condition.
