Brand new with tags. Vera Wang Full Length Formal Dress. The color is "Pacific Blue" and was so hard to capture for some reason. It's a bit of a Teal Blue. Pictures #2-#5 are the most accurate on color. Deep V-Neck. Sleeveless. It has shirring in the middle for a super flattering fit & has 3 ribbons around the mid sections starting with under the bra area. The bottom one probably hits just above the waist on most people. Very deep V in back & zips down from there. Flowy from the waist down. 95% Polyester/5% Spandex. Size 4.
