Via Accenti Women’s Western Southwest Black Leather Fringed Skirt lined Such a great skirt! There’s just a few little flaws. There’s a small faded spot on the front that often happens to suede if it maybe gets scratched or something. And it’s missing a few fringe pieces from the front and one from the back. I wonder if that could be replaced? Also, the size says “H0” but I don’t know what that means. Please see the measurements in the photos.
