This is a Classic Little Black Dress from Vince. I do not remember if I ever wore it. It's got a flattering halter neckline and large tiered "ruffles" the entire way down the dress. They lay completely flat. There's a little tiny ruffle that stands at the top of the collar. Zippers down the back. 100% Silk. Size 4.
