Vintage 1970s McCalls 6819 Sewing Pattern Size 2 Toddler Dress & Bib COMPLETE Size 2 ( Modern Size 1, 2, or 3 year old ): B- 21" W- 20" H- 36" From 1979 Childrens Dress and Bib: Back zippered dresses have part-way stitched front pleats; sleeves with elastic in casings have gathered cap. Dress A with self fabric neck ruffle, or C with lace or eyelet trim have neck binding. Dress B has two-piece collar, lace or eyelet trim and tie belts included in front pleats. Detachable, lined bib A,C back extensions button to front.
