This is a cute ruffle dress with puff sleeves, wide ruffle collar with bow, and a waistline ruffle creating a tiered skirt look. Size 7 girls - Dimensions are Width at underarm 14.5", Waist 15", Overall length (Shoulder to hem) 30.5". This dress is in vintage condition with no fabric flaws other than some wash wear. There are stains in the front of this dress that ordinarily can't be seen because the color is so dark - these stains may or may not come out on a 40+ year old item. Still very cute and wearable - a piece of SF history.
