Vintage 1980s Victor Costa Skirt Set

Super fun vintage 1980s Victor Costa top and skirt set. Polka dot and rose pattern, bow details on sleeves, shoulder pads. Closes with zipper and hook and eye on both the skirt and the shirt. Skirt has pockets and is fully lined (see last picture). Some discoloration on the front of the skirt but otherwise lovely vintage condition. Marked as a size small. Skirt has a 28 in waist and 32 in length. Top has a 32 in bust and measures 20 in from back of neck to hem.
