Vintage 1989 Numbered Art Print Cherubs and Dolphin Under the Sea

Vintage 1989 Numbered Art print with Whimsical Undersea theme. Cherubim and dolphin. 3655/7500 Actual Art measures 4x6, but it is double matted in a 11x9 wooden frame. There are some imperfections on the frame(as pictured) , but print is is excellent condition! The caption reads, "Down by the ocean there are angels in the sea bringing joy to everyone, like you bring joy to me."
