Ellair Couture vintage 90’s bright fun jacket. What a fun 70’s look. No fabric or six size tags. Exterior feels like a heavy cotton and inside fabric looks and feels like a silky polyester or nylon. One snap closure. I think about a 10/12. Two front pockets and cuff cuffs. No flaws. Slight peplum look.
