V-neck 9 inches deep. Fabric covered 5 button closure. Accordion style fabric lay. Ruffled cap sleeves. Chest 15.5 inches pit to pit (easily stretches to 18+ inches). Length 21 inches shoulder to hem. Sleeve inseam 1.5 inches; outseam 5.5 inches. SKIRT: Pencil style with wide ruffled hem. Back zip closure 7.5 inches long. Flat waistband 1 1/8 inch wide. Waist 13.75 inches across. Length 28 inches including 6.75 wide bottom ruffle. Fully lined to 27 inches. Size 12. Estimated to fit a size 8-12, medium to large. Listed accordingly.
