Vintage 50s 60s Jaquard Envelope Clutch Floral Evening Bag Purse

Up for your consideration is a like new vintage purse……excellent condition except it looks as if a piece of tape was put on it….like a sales tag or something…..see last pic. I think maybe goo be gone might work on getting this out. It measures 12 inches in length and 5 inches from top to bottom.
