Vintage 80's Cynthia Howie polka dot dress

Size 4/6 vintage dress from the 80's by Cynthia howie. Navy blue with pink pokadots. Blue buttons on back. Elastic at waist. Pleated skirt. No size in dress but I tried on and im a 4 slightly big on me. See measurements. Bust 36/38. Waist 14" pit to pit 19". Length 45.5". Sleeves 22".
