Vintage 80s Worthington Rayon Petites Dress, Pleats & Shoulder Pads

This belongs to my mom, and it doesn't have the tags, but the extra button hangs from the sleeve, so I believe her when she says she never wore it... her generation wouldn't be caught DEAD wearing a dress with anything like that still attached! New, never worn! It is a beautiful shade of blue, with pink and purple flowers. it has pleats down the front that are stitched in place, it buttons down the back and has ties that can be tied loose, or tighter to give it some shape. Size 14 petite, 100% rayon, dryclean only Length from shoulder 44" Short sleeve 9" Circumferential measurements: Bust 40" Waist 38" Hips 48" The pleats give it more room, too. Great find!
