Vintage Blue Heirloom Dress Feltman Brothers Newborn French Lace and Pin tucks

This Vintage Newborn Heirloom Dress is adorable! Made by Feltman Brother's fine children's Apparel. The pale blue (with just a hint of aqua) cotton blend dress has a white front yoke with rows of hand-sewn vertical pin tucks. At the center is a faux button placket with three petite pearlized buttons. The button placket is done in a matching blue that is trimmed in a semi-sheer scalloped ruffle. The edge of the ruffle has a white scalloped embroidery. A sweet little matching blue bow sits at the top of the button placket. A delicate French lace inlay trims the edge of the yoke and is then trimmed with a matching lace ruffled edge. White yoke in back with a 2 button closure. Short puff sleeves gather with elastic and finish with a ruffled hem. Lovely little dress for Newborn to 3 month babies (see measurements below for fit).
