Big removable shoulder pads. True red short sleeve blazer over a black, red and white plaid vest with a collared white dickie underneath. All pieces are attached. A breast pocket and 100% polyester. This would look so much better on a person versus my tiny mannequin. Measurements approx flat lay armpit to armpit 22.5” length 31”.
