Vintage Folk Art Hippie Santa Claus Long Beard 3D Face Wall Hanging Christmas Decor 23" I believe the face is Paper Mache. A few of the berries/nuts around the hat are cracking and not in perfect condition. There are also 3 small holes on the back of the hat, I think at one time it had something there to hold him to the wall better.
