Up for Consideration is this Vintage Handcrafted Elf Santa Felt Made with TP Roll, Bendable Legs and Arms, made for Elementary Xmas Home Room Party Favor back in the 60's. He does have an area of residue of Candy Cane he once featured in his Pocket & discloration on bottom of feet. I am only parting with him because I need to downsize. He is so CUTE!!
