Vintage Handcrafted Wood Witchy Crescent Moon Mirror Shadow Box Folk Shelf

I found this one of a kind handmade folky piece at a sale in Kentucky. My good friend told me people made these shadow boxes in the winter to pass the time when it was too cold to farm. Most of them were made by men as gifts for their wives. How sweet 🥰 This one is made out of thin wood with intricate details like the stairs. Whoever made this also added an old vanity mirror to the back. It is stained a dark Tudor brown. There is a hole at the top for hanging. It does seem to be missing the connecting wire in the middle shelves, shown in pictures. A perfect place for your essential oils, perfumes and potions.
