Vintage Jovani New York women's size 10 black beaded full length formal gown

Jovani New York formal full-length gown in black with a beaded floral design on back and shoulders. The sleeves, upper chest, and upper back are sheer. The sleeves have beads at the hems. The beading starts at the front of the shoulders and goes all the way down the back. It has a zipper closure on the back and a keyhole above that which ends at a clip on the back of the neckline. The neckline is beaded. This dress is a lighter shade of black, possibly a very dark gray. In the last photo, you can see a comparison. The darker black is a skirt I have in my closet. Comparing these is the best way I have to describe the color. The bottom of the dress could use some pressing.
