Vintage Krementz 14K Gold Filled and Green Grapes Circle Brooch. Krementz developed and used a gold overlay process called Krementz Plate. Krementz's jewelry was finished with a process that applied a very thick 14K rolled gold overlay. This rolled gold finish was thicker than most gold-filled jewelry and created very high-quality and exceptionally long-lasting finishes that hold up extremely well over time.
