Vintage Mexican 50’s sequins black velvet hand painted circle skirt and top XS

Vintage Mexican 20’s to 50’s sequins black velvet hand painted circle skirt and top XS used condition good considering it’s vintage missing a few sequins needs a few stitches on the seem of the top. I need to create a larger flat lay to photograph it in a circle and give it more detail the zipper on the skirt is missing it’s pull both zippers functional there’s a small white spot on the back of the top by the zipper chest 17.5” length of top 19.5” waist of skirt 12” length 25.5” Flechador del Sol? I’m wondering if it has been altered shorter the more I research the less I know about this amazing outfit. Updated photos coming soon I hope
