Vintage Possible Murano Crackled Glass Owl - Gold Fleck Throught - 1960s

This is a Vintage Murano Style Crackled Glass Owl. All of the accents and the flat, smooth pontil tell me it is quite possibly Murano. In the light, the Gold and Copper that goes around the entire top of the head is stunning. Murano invented the Gold fleck. They were the first glass company to use copper crystals and Gold and melted it to a fine flake and somehow mixed it within the layers of glass. For its day, it was revolutionary in the art glass world. The glass eyes are typical Murano style. This owl could be a centerpiece for how large and heavy it is. It weighs 5 lbs. It is also 8" H x 8" W This is a true vintage masterpiece that will certainly turn heads. It's from the 60s or 70s, making it true vintage. The last pic is listed for $300 and it doesn't have Murano's Gold Fleck.
