Vintage Nicola High Neck Blouse Blue Size 4

Blouse is in excellent vintage condition. No rips or tears. It has a high neck that folds over and buttons down the back. It also has buttons on the cuffs. The blouse is blue with a cery colorful print. Its a size 4.
