Vintage OBR Lace Collared Blouse

Button down ivory colored blouse with exaggerated lace navy style collar. It's in great condition just needs to be steamed. There's a light colored stain on sleeve. I added a picture of the same blouse so you can see what it's supposed to look like. Dry clean only. 100% Rayon. Fits like an XS/small. Has shoulder pads for that power shoulder.
