Vintage Patagonia blue nylon drawstring windbreaker rain pants. Two vent zippers in front. Zippers at ankle to expand pant leg over rain boots. Initials written by tag, and white marks on the back ankle of the right leg (see photos). Elastic on back of waist and around ankles still has some stretch but is not as stretchy as new.

What is the waist measurement on these?

@ellebellefaris about 16” flat. Looking at them again, I think the elastic is pretty stretched out. The waist has a drawstring and the ankles have zippers but may not be a snug fit.
