Vintage Ronni Nicole button up tunic M

Such an interesting piece. With the slits in the sides and front I think its too short to be a dress. I believe it's a long tunic. Its got good weight to it and it's super stretchy. EUC. No missing buttons. Size medium. Tub G 239
