Vintage Sioni‎ Formal Navy Top

Sioni vintage formal navy top. The top is a shorter length and has two strips of a silky-like material on the chest. There is a zipper on the side. The tag says size 14, but please see below for measurement. This top is very nice and well made. Would be perfect with a blazer for a professional look! Pit to pit: 19 in.
