Vintage Ted DeGrazia 1970's Decoupage Wood Plaque 'Balloon'

Lovely little vintage decoupage wall plaque by DeGrazia (1909-1982). There is so much character in this piece. Condition: Good to fair vintage condition. Looks great hanging on a wall or set on a small picture easel. There is cracking in the decoupage. Larger cracks in the decoupage on the top half of the piece, but there are some cracks thoughout.
