75% Polyester 25% Rayon Lining 100% Acetate Made In USA Waist 19in Top to bottom hem 28 1/4in Measurments were taken with garment laying flat. This is a great vintage unbranded pencil skirt! Made in the USA. Womens 18W. Fully lined, back zip and button closure, and slit. Striped white and silvery white. The skirt has zero stretch. Some flaws, see last two photos.
