Vintage 80s or 90s black velvet maxi column dress. Sleeveless. Floral embellished sheer mesh overlay at front yoke. Overlay is attached at sides. A couple of the strips of embellishment have come unsewn at the edge as shown in close ups. V back with zipper closure. Front slit on left side. Fabric has some stretch. True black, camera brightening was used in some photos to better capture details. Vintage Made in USA Labeled size XL, but NOT a modern day XL.
